Booking
Do I need to be home?
No, and most people aren’t. Leave a key with the concierge, use a lockbox or buzz me up: you pick the way in on the booking screen. How I get in stays in your private booking notes, and I never ask for door codes online.
How fast will I hear back?
Alex reads every request personally and replies within a day with a written plan and a proposed time. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.
Can I pick a date and time?
When openings are published you choose a day and a time in the booking flow. The request holds nothing until Alex confirms it. If no times are showing, say what usually works and Alex proposes one.
What if I need to cancel or move a visit?
Message Alex through your written booking as early as you can and the visit is moved. There are no automatic cancellation charges; terms for a late cancellation are agreed in writing before your first visit.
Which parts of Toronto?
Downtown condos, planned by building. Charles Street East is the first route pocket, with Church-Wellesley, Liberty Village, CityPlace and King West around it. If you are nearby, ask: a building day may already pass you.
The visit
What does “up to 2 hours” mean?
A block of hands-on time reserved for the priorities we agree in writing. It is not a countdown: if the list is done early, it is done. If your home needs more than the block, Alex says so before starting, not after.
Do you bring supplies and a vacuum?
Products, yes. Unscented or eco-friendly options are available if you ask, and you can provide your own. Vacuums vary by building, so the booking asks whether to use yours or bring one.
Is it okay if I have pets?
Cats and dogs are welcome. Mention them in the booking so Alex knows who is home and can plan around them. If a pet is anxious with visitors, a closed door for the visit is fine.
What is the 30-Minute Reset?
A short touch-up, C$55, offered on a day Alex is already in your building. Two or three light tasks agreed in advance, not a full clean, which is why it only appears beside an existing route booking.
What if something was missed?
Missed something? I come back within 48 hours, free. Say so within 48 hours of the visit and it is put right at no charge.
Are you insured?
Yes. Twink Clean by Alex is insured, Alex is ID-verified, and it has been one person, every visit, in Toronto since 2020.
Money
Do prices include HST?
Prices are shown before tax. Ontario’s 13% HST is added on the invoice, so a C$149 Condo Clean comes to C$168.37 in total.
How does the 25% deposit work?
Once you approve the written plan, a 25% deposit confirms the time; the balance is paid after the clean against the same invoice. No card details are collected on this website. Payment instructions are on the invoice.
Is there a discount for regular cleans?
Yes. Every 2 weeks on a route day is about 10% off each visit: Condo Clean C$135, Extended Clean C$160, 30-Minute Reset C$49. Tap “Every 2 weeks” in the booking and the price updates.
Do you do referrals?
Refer a friend and it is C$20 off your next clean and C$20 off their first. They just mention you on the booking’s details screen.
