Clear before
confirmed.
Plain terms, so there are no surprises: what an enquiry means, how payment works and how your information is handled.
Scope and appointments
An enquiry is not a booking. The operator reviews your priorities, condition, size, equipment and access before agreeing the work, an actual window and the payable total.
Payment and changes
No card details are collected online. The 25% deposit and the balance are paid against your written invoice using the instructions on it. Additional work requires written agreement before starting.
Rescheduling and issues
Contact the operator through your written booking to request a change or report an issue. Cancellation fees and remedy terms must be agreed before booking; no automatic cancellation charges are enabled.
Your information
Enquiry information is stored privately for responding and arranging the requested work. Building location is enough initially; do not submit unit access codes or unnecessary personal information.
Photos and promotions are choices
Permission to answer an enquiry is separate from future marketing. Private service photos and public marketing photos require separate agreement. A checklist-only summary is always an option.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Ordinary service photos, financial records and incident records are kept separately and only for as long as they are needed.
