Outside this block
Supplies, vacuum and surface-care requirements are confirmed together. Photos are optional; a written description is fine.

Who it suits
- A one-plus-den or two-bedroom, or a one-bed with a second bathroom. Two bathrooms alone add about forty minutes.
- Open-plan lofts with a bigger kitchen, a glass shower and more floor than the square footage suggests, common in Liberty Village and King West.
- A maintained home that has slipped a little: ordinary buildup rather than a full reset.
Two and a half hours, with room to breathe.
The Extended Clean is the Condo Clean with thirty extra minutes placed where the home needs them, agreed in writing beforehand: a second bathroom, a long stretch of floor, or a kitchen with more surface than most. The written scope says where the extra time goes, so the visit is not a bigger clock but a bigger list.

What it costs, with tax
Prices on this site are before Ontario’s 13% HST, which is added on the invoice. Nothing is charged until you approve a written plan; a 25% deposit then confirms the time and the balance is paid after the visit.
