Who it suits
- A studio or one-bedroom that is lived in but not neglected: dishes mostly done, floors visible, a bathroom that gets a wipe now and then.
- Anyone who wants the same clean on the same day every two weeks, in a building Alex already visits.
- First-timers who want to see the standard before committing to a route slot. It is the block most people start with.
A typical two hours, timed.
Alex plans the block room by room before arriving, works through it in the same order every visit, and finishes with a walk-through against the written list. Nothing is ‘probably done’. If the list is finished early, it is finished; if the home needs more than two hours, Alex says so before starting and proposes the Extended Clean instead of rushing.
- 0:00Bathroom first while the products work: fixtures, mirror, ordinary buildup on the tub or shower glass, floor.
- 0:35Kitchen: accessible counters, stovetop, sink and taps, the outside of appliances, the microwave inside.
- 1:10Living and sleeping areas: accessible dusting, surfaces, the bed made if fresh sheets are out.
- 1:35Floors throughout, vacuum then mop where the floor allows it.
- 1:50Bins out, a final check against the list, lights and lock-up as agreed.
What it costs, with tax
Prices on this site are before Ontario’s 13% HST, which is added on the invoice. Nothing is charged until you approve a written plan; a 25% deposit then confirms the time and the balance is paid after the visit.
