Supplies, vacuum and surface-care requirements are confirmed together. Photos are optional; a written description is fine.

- Heavy moving, large laundry or dish piles
- Severe scale, grease or specialist restoration
Who it suits
- A first visit to a home that has not had a proper clean in a while: the oven, the fridge shelves, the grout, the baseboards.
- Moving in or moving out. Three hours is enough to reach the corners that a maintenance clean skips by design.
- Anyone who wants a written baseline before starting a fortnightly route: preferences recorded once, then reused.
Three hours to set the baseline.
The Setup Clean starts with a room-by-room priority plan agreed in writing, because three hours is a lot of time but not unlimited time. Alex works through the plan in order, records what was done and what was left for next time, and keeps the preferences on file so the next visit, usually a Condo Clean every two weeks, starts from the same page.
- 0:00Kitchen deep pass: inside the microwave, the stovetop and hood, cabinet fronts, the fridge shelves if agreed.
- 1:00Bathrooms: grout, glass, the tub, behind the toilet, the vanity inside if agreed.
- 1:50Living areas and bedrooms: baseboards, sills, shelves, under the furniture that moves.
- 2:30Floors throughout, then the plan is marked up: done, next time, out of scope.
- 2:50Bins, final check, preferences recorded for the next visit.
What it costs, with tax
Prices on this site are before Ontario’s 13% HST, which is added on the invoice. Nothing is charged until you approve a written plan; a 25% deposit then confirms the time and the balance is paid after the visit.
